RonInfoTech is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to join its human resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, database management, and day-to-day HR operations within an IT services and staffing environment. RonInfoTech is a staffing company that provides recruiting services to organizations across the US, Canada, and India. The company partners with corporations, staffing firms, managed service providers, startups, and SMBs to support diverse hiring needs. Its services include executive, project-based, contract, full-time, RPO, and payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and shortlisting profiles using job boards and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and follow up on interview feedback.
  • Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and setting up initial employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files, handling information confidentially and accurately.
  • Assist with gathering basic payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and organizing employee engagement or feedback activities.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from employees or candidates about general HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's degree program.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and collaborative workplace tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
