Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruit housekeeping staff, service boys, property managers, and chefs/kitchen staff.
2. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
3. Handle employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
4. Conduct performance management and employee welfare activities.
5. Manage payroll and employee benefits administration.
6. Coordinate with different departments to maintain a positive work environment.
7. Visit multiple properties to address staffing issues and provide on-the-ground HR support.
