About the Role
Want to be the go-to HR expert your team can rely on? We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Generalist who thrives on supporting people and keeping HR operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our employee experience—managing day-to-day HR tasks, resolving queries with care, and ensuring our HRMS (Keka) is used to its full potential. If you love solving problems, supporting others, and making HR feel human, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do
You’ll wear multiple hats—supporting employees, managing HR systems, and helping shape a better employee experience. Here’s a snapshot:

Keka HRMS Management
• Be the Keka expert—handle daily HR operations, employee requests, and system updates.
• Keep employee records (attendance, leaves, personal details) accurate and up to date.
• Guide employees through onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle milestones using Keka.
• Troubleshoot access issues, answer Keka questions, and help teammates navigate the platform with confidence.
Employee Support & Ticket Resolution
• Be the first friendly face employees reach when they have an HR question or ticket.
• Resolve attendance, leave, policy, and system-related queries quickly and clearly.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to get things done—no ticket left behind!
• Track, follow up, and close tickets on time, while keeping records organized and transparent.
HR Tools & Systems Support
• Help keep our HR tech stack running smoothly—whether it’s Keka or other tools.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to fix access or integration issues.
• Spot trends in recurring problems and suggest smarter, faster ways to serve employees.
• Help automate workflows and improve efficiency wherever possible.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Make new hires feel welcome with seamless onboarding support.
• Ensure offboarding is smooth, respectful, and fully documented.
• Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams to keep things aligned.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and uphold HR policies with integrity.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Generate reports on ticket resolution, HR trends, and system health.
• Flag recurring challenges and help design smarter HR processes.
• Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the employee experience—because HR should feel helpful, not hurdlesome.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts detail-oriented and people-focused. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR shared services.
Have real, practical experience with Keka HRMS —you know how to move through it like a pro.
Enjoy managing employee tickets, answering questions, and turning confusion into clarity.
Understand the employee lifecycle inside out—from first day to farewell.
Are Excel/Sheets-savvy and love organizing data that tells a story.
Communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and solve problems with a calm, positive attitude.
Stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple requests without dropping a ball.
