The ideal female candidate will independently manage end-to-end human resource activities, including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month. We are seeking professionals who can join immediately.

• Requirements:
  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline .
    

  • 1–3 years of practical experience in HR operations .
    

  • Hands-on knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation .
    

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and HRMS tools .
    

  • Experience in an engineering, construction, MEP, or BIM company is an added advantage .
