SmartWinnr is seeking a driven HR Fresher to join its people-focused team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Responsibilities
Support day-to-day human resources activities across recruitment coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and people operations.
Assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and apply HR knowledge in practical situations.
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate proactively, and deliver work reliably in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Suitable for an HR fresher with 0–6 months of experience and an immediate joining timeline.
Prior HR internship or project experience is an added advantage.
Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, practical problem-solving ability, and a meticulous approach to work.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate hunger and drive, intelligence, an even temperament, smart working, high accountability, and ownership.
Must be comfortable working from the office in Kondapur, Hyderabad, five and a half days per week, including a half-day on Saturday.
