Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and daily HR administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview schedules.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist in attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.
Generate recruitment and HR reports as required.
Support payroll inputs and other HR administrative tasks.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Qualifications
BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.Sc.
Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Up to 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is preferred.
