Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Process monthly employee salaries accurately and maintain payroll-related records.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late arrivals, and attendance regularization.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, payroll, and workplace requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation processes.
Prepare HR and attendance reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth employee-related HR operations.
Required Skills
HR Operations: Practical knowledge of routine HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
Payroll Processing: Ability to prepare and verify employee salary inputs and payroll records.
Attendance Management: Experience maintaining attendance, leave, and working-day information.
Employee Coordination: Ability to handle employee queries and coordinate HR-related requirements.
HR Documentation: Ability to maintain employee records and HR documents accurately.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in an automobile or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with HRMS, payroll software, or attendance-management systems.
Working knowledge of statutory HR documentation and compliance processes.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have 1–2 years of HR experience , preferably handling general HR activities, salary processing, attendance, and employee coordination. Experience in an automobile or manufacturing organization would be relevant to the work environment.
Education
Minimum: Typical qualification — Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline
Preferred: Typical qualification — MBA/PG degree or diploma in Human Resources
Additional: HR/payroll-related certification, if available
