Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to support recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance & leave management, HR administration, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and benefits.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance records, and recruitment status updates.
Coordinate daily administrative activities including office management, vendor coordination, and employee support.
