About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage recruitment-related databases and candidate/client data.
2. Conduct company, industry, and talent mapping for active and upcoming mandates.
3. Build databases of relevant companies, departments, designations, and potential candidates.
4. Research profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Google and other available sources.
5. Support recruiters with market intelligence, talent pools and competitor mapping.
6. Track and maintain MIS, reports and daily recruitment data.
7. Coordinate with recruiters to understand their requirements and provide relevant data/mapping.
