As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resource Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting the growth of our talented team.
As a Human Resource Professional at NonBioS, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of our HR function. You will partner with leadership and team members to implement HR policies, recruit top talent, develop employee programs, and foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers, ensuring we attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with best practices and company objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support leadership in developing and managing performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely feedback and career development opportunities for employees.
3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
