Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, HRMS management and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in Zoho People / HRMS .
  
• Manage attendance, leave and timesheet activities and follow up for timely completion and approval.
  
• Create and manage job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals .
  
• Screen candidates, conduct candidate calling, Email and coordinate interview scheduling .
  
• Manage HR processes related to prepare offer letters, joining documentation, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
  
• Handle employee queries and support employee relations .
  
• Maintain HR records, trackers and documentation.
  
• Support PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance activities.
  
• Maintain required compliance records and coordinate with external HR/payroll consultants.
  
• Have working knowledge of applicable Labour Laws and statutory requirements .
  
• Support payroll-related HR inputs and employee data verification.
  
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  
• Handle day-to-day HR activities and other tasks assigned by management.
  

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field .
  
• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment preferred.
  
• Hands-on experience with Zoho People or any HRMS will be an advantage.
  
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals .
  
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and Labour Laws / statutory compliance .
  
• Basic understanding of payroll and employee statutory deductions .
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and meet deadlines.
  
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
  

Education: Graduate in HR / Human Resources or any related HR stream; HRMS knowledge preferred.
