About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for outlet and office vacancies.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, WhatsApp groups, social media, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
4. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and concerned managers.
6. Regularly follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
7. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
8. Coordinate the joining process of selected candidates and ensure required documents are collected.
9. Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closure of open positions.
10. Maintain a proper database of active, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
11. Assist with attendance and leave records.
12. Maintain employee documentation and HR files.
13. Assist with joining formalities and employee records.
14. Support salary and payroll-related data collection when required.
15. Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR trackers.
16. Support day-to-day employee coordination and HR activities.
17. Assist the HR team with general administrative and compliance-related work as required.

Other requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

3. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

4. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Ability to source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms.

6. Good candidate handling and convincing skills.

7. Organized, proactive, and responsible approach towards work.

8. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment follow-ups.

9. 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred.

10. Candidates with experience in retail, bakery, QSR, hospitality, or bulk recruitment will be preferred.

11. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
