About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
2. Handle recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
3. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR-related documents.
4. Address employee queries and support HR policies and processes.
5. Coordinate payroll inputs and other routine HR activities.
6. Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
7. Manage office administration, facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
8. Coordinate meetings, internal events, and administrative requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.
10. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination between employees and management.
