About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. HR Operations
1. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
2. Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
3. Manage employee files, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
4. Coordinate employee confirmation, resignation, and exit formalities.
5. Maintain HR trackers and prepare basic HR reports.
6. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes.

B. Recruitment
1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

C. Admin
1. Support day-to-day office administration.
2. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
3. Maintain office supplies and basic administrative records.
4. Assist with employee requirements and general office coordination.
5. Handle other HR & Admin tasks as required.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin is preferred.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
