Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre is an IHG-branded hotel on Sardar Patel Marg, Jaipur, welcoming business, leisure and event guests. It brings together guest rooms and suites, Chao Chinese and Bistro, Roadhouse Bar and Grill, Tattva Spa, meeting and banquet facilities, fitness amenities and city-centre guest services. Culinary, housekeeping, front office, sales, HR and finance teams collaborate to deliver consistent hotel operations and warm hospitality.

Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, an IHG Hotel is hiring for Housekeeping Supervisor in Jaipur. Help lead the day-to-day housekeeping operation, oversee room readiness and uphold presentation standards in guest rooms and public areas. Strong coordination with the front office and housekeeping associates is central to this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor room and public-area cleaning tasks within assigned shifts.
  • Inspect guest rooms and service areas for cleanliness, presentation, readiness and adherence to hygiene procedures.
  • Coordinate room status updates and priority requirements with the front office and relevant teams.
  • Guide housekeeping associates on cleaning techniques, amenities, safety and guest-service etiquette.
  • Monitor linen, guest supplies, equipment condition and stock usage; report shortages and maintenance concerns.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and record follow-up or service recovery needs.
  • Support scheduling, task allocation, handovers and staff coaching during busy occupancy periods.

Skills and experience

  • Practical hotel housekeeping experience, room inspections and team coordination skills are important for the role.
