Position and Department

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor daily guest room and public-area cleaning tasks.
• Inspect completed rooms for cleanliness, condition, amenities and presentation.
• Coordinate room status and priority arrivals with the front office team.
• Guide housekeeping associates on safe cleaning methods, etiquette and service standards.
• Monitor linen use, guest amenities, supplies and correct storage practices.
• Report maintenance faults and follow up with engineering on guest-area issues.
• Support lost-property procedures and discreet handling of guests' belongings.
• Maintain shift records, hygiene checklists and quality-improvement follow-ups.

Relevant Skills and Experience

• Hotel housekeeping experience with inspection or team-coordination exposure.
• Knowledge of room cleaning standards, linen control and chemical safety.
• Ability to prioritise workflows, communicate clearly and guide associates.
• Strong attention to detail, guest privacy and reliability.
