Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations across the university campus and residential facilities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping activities across rooms, corridors, and common areas.
Allocate daily tasks, manage staff schedules, and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards.
Manage deep cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Handle resident and guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and maintenance issues.
Maintain discipline, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Hospitality or university housekeeping experience preferred.
Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hygiene practices.
Strong team management and task allocation skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle complaints and maintain service quality.
