Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and assigned public spaces using approved methods and schedules.
• Prepare beds, replace linen and replenish approved guest amenities.
• Inspect bathrooms, furniture, fittings and surfaces for cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Follow safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment and guest property.
• Coordinate room status and report missing or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Maintain linen, trolley and supply organisation and reduce avoidable waste.
• Respond politely to housekeeping-related guest requests within assigned responsibilities.
• Follow hotel privacy, lost-property and workplace safety procedures.
