This is a full-time, on-site Commis Chef role located in South Delhi. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring that dishes meet the high-quality standards of Blue Tokai. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, following recipes and plating guidelines, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations. The role requires effective communication with team members, upholding kitchen organization, and ensuring food safety practices are followed.
Experience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
Basic understanding of Hygiene and Food Safety Standards
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
