Role Description The All Rounder Commi-2 Cook is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar. This role involves assisting in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety. The Commi-2 Cook supports senior kitchen staff, helps with mise en place, and maintains cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas. Daily responsibilities include following standard recipes, managing basic inventory for ingredients, and coordinating with the service team to deliver timely meals. The role also requires adherence to hygiene regulations, participation in kitchen shifts as scheduled, and contributing to a smooth, guest-focused dining experience.
Strong basic cooking skills with experience in preparing multiple cuisines or menu types.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
Prior experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens at Commi level or similar position is preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
