Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using evidence-based practices and individualized therapy plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, designing and implementing therapy sessions, and monitoring progress through regular documentation and outcome tracking. The role involves collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, as well as providing education and guidance to families on home-based strategies and follow-up. The Speech Language Pathologist will also contribute to program development, maintain clinical records, and participate in case discussions and professional development activities.
Clinical expertise in Speech Therapy and management of Speech and Communication Disorders.
Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Language Disorders across age groups in children.
Recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology/Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulatory bodies.
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in pediatric speech and language therapy is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated early-career professionals.
