Probation:

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,90,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
