5. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
6. Monitor employee performance and track progress to ensure training is effective.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our training programs.

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
