Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling global customer interactions, primarily focused on billing-related queries, ensuring accurate resolution and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound international voice calls related to billing and account queries
  
• Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns
  
• Provide accurate, prompt, and professional customer support
  
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and problem-solving
  
• Work effectively in rotational shifts across global time zones
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1yr + experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
  
• Freshers are not eligible
  
• Qualification: UG / Graduate / PG (any discipline)
  
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  Candidates with max 30 -45 days’ notice period preferred
