Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Senior Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process in Gurgaon. The role involves handling global customer interactions, primarily focused on billing-related queries, ensuring accurate resolution and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound international voice calls related to billing and account queries
Resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns
Provide accurate, prompt, and professional customer support
Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and problem-solving
Work effectively in rotational shifts across global time zones
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 1yr + experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)
Freshers are not eligible
Qualification: UG / Graduate / PG (any discipline)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Candidates with max 30 -45 days’ notice period preferred
Work Details:
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: UK Rotational shifts
Week Off: 2 rotational offs
