Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced P&L Manager to drive profitability, revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Profitability: Develop and execute strategies to achieve a minimum 10% Profit After Tax (PAT).
  
• Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue opportunities and maximize project profitability.
  
• Cost Control: Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, manage hiring budgets, and reduce cost leakages.
  
• Operational Efficiency: Improve workforce productivity, execution speed, and overall operational performance.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Ensure satisfaction of employees, customers, shareholders, partners, vendors, and government authorities.
  
• Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve business targets and organizational objectives.
  
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• MBA in Finance is mandatory.
  
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  
• Proven ability to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
