Hiring Immediately: Maths Faculty – Foundation Level (Gujarati + English Medium)

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics at the Foundation Level for students preparing for competitive examinations such as Olympiads, NTSE-level exams, and other foundation programs.
  
• Build strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics with a focus on logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Conduct engaging classroom lectures, regular tests, practice sessions, and doubt-solving sessions in both Gujarati and English.
  
• Prepare Foundation-level study materials, worksheets, assignments, practice questions, and test papers.
  
• Develop students’ mathematical aptitude and strengthen their fundamentals for future competitive examinations, including IIT-JEE.
  
• Monitor student performance, evaluate progress, and provide regular academic feedback.
  
• Stay updated with the Foundation-level syllabus, competitive exam patterns, and effective teaching methodologies.
  
• Create an interactive and motivating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics or B.Tech./M.Tech. in a relevant discipline.
  
• Strong command of Mathematics fundamentals and Foundation-level competitive exam concepts.
  
• Excellent communication and teaching skills in Gujarati and English .
  
• Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
  
• Strong classroom management, presentation, and student-engagement skills.
  

Experience

• 2–5 years of teaching experience in reputed coaching institutes preferred.
  
• Gujarati Medium teaching experience is mandatory.
  
• Experience teaching Mathematics at the Foundation Level to school students is highly preferred.
  
• Proven ability to strengthen students’ conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
