Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical E-commerce & Digital Marketing professional to drive online sales, digital growth, customer engagement, and retail marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead E-commerce & Digital Marketing strategy to drive online sales and growth.
Manage Meta & Google Ads , campaign optimization, tracking, and Pixel integration.
Manage Shopify , including apps, integrations, merchandising, and website experience.
Drive marketplace expansion and alternate digital channels.
Manage product listings, availability, conversion, and online customer experience.
Develop Instagram, content, and Reels strategies to improve engagement.
Drive CRM & Loyalty campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Plan WhatsApp, SMS & Email campaigns and customer journeys.
Drive repeat purchases through lifecycle and retention initiatives.
Execute marketing strategies for new store openings, retail events, and campaigns .
Manage store-level, franchise, partner, local, and mall marketing activities.
Develop marketing plans for underperforming stores.
Manage agencies, vendors, influencers, and marketing partners.
Track Sales, Digital & Marketing MIS and drive ROI and cost optimization.
Requirements
6–10 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Digital / Retail Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, Shopify, CRM/Loyalty, and Retail Marketing .
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, SMS, and Email Marketing .
Strong analytical, campaign management, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to convert marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
Candidates should be comfortable attending a F2F interview in Park Street, Kolkata .
