About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements related to finance, accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
2. Implement and support SAP and Oracle ERP solutions.
3. Support financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial closing.
4. Assist with financial statement preparation, MIS reporting, account reconciliation, and consolidation activities.
5. Understand and support accounting treatments across different standards, including IAS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
6. Support taxation-related business processes, including GST, VAT, and other applicable indirect taxes.
7. Learn ERP configurations, business workflows, and digital finance transformation practices.

Accounting Software Auditing Effective Communication Finance Financial Reporting GST Taxation

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Good understanding of advanced accounting, including accounting treatments under different standards (IAS, IFRS, US GAAP, etc.).

2. Knowledge of MIS, financial statement preparation, consolidation, and period-end reconciliation processes.

3. Knowledge of holding subsidiary accounting with elimination treatment.

4. Knowledge of international taxation - Indian GST, US - sales and use tax, European VAT, other countries' GST/VAT regulations - including different e-invoicing regulations in play.

5. Knowledge of banking processes, reconciliation, and cost & management accounting.

6. Knowledge of SoD, delegation of authority, SoX compliance, etc.
