Job Summary
We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with 3+ years of construction site experience to ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection procedures, and QA/QC systems. The candidate will support site quality activities, inspections, testing, documentation, and adherence to international codes and project quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implement QA/QC systems and quality plans at construction sites.
Conduct inspections, testing, and maintain quality documentation.
Verify material test certificates and calibration records.
Witness construction inspections and quality tests as per approved QA plans.
Conduct welder qualification tests and review contractor QA/QC qualifications.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with international codes, QA/QC standards, and HSE guidelines.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 3+ years of QA/QC experience at construction sites.
Knowledge of ASME, ANSI , and other international quality standards.
Basic understanding of welding processes, NDT, and quality inspection.
Experience in quality documentation, material inspection, and calibration verification.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
