The ideal candidate will have strong academic knowledge, relevant teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively in an online learning environment. The selected candidate will support students through academic mentoring, online discussions, assessment, and learning resource development while maintaining high standards of academic delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support online lectures in Computer Science and Cyber Security courses.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students through LMS, Email, Chat.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to academic queries and provide timely support to students.
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments while providing constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and recommend interventions where necessary.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and faculty members to maintain consistency in course delivery and assessment standards.
• Develop and update course materials, presentations, and academic resources.
• Support curriculum enhancement initiatives aligned with current industry trends.
• Maintain accurate academic records and ensure adherence to institutional quality standards.
