• Fluent Hindi & English
• 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
• Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred)
• xperience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models
• Strategic leadership and P&L management experience
