About the role
Lead the creation and expansion of a new Forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market. Responsible for building local teams, developing IB and affiliate partnerships, executing the commercial strategy, and driving business growth from market entry through to long-term scale. What you'll do

What we're looking for
Fluent Hindi & English
10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred)
xperience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models
Strategic leadership and P&L management experience
Salary
$15,000 – $20,000 per year
