The job itself

Lead the creation and expansion of a new Forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market. Responsible for building local teams, developing IB and affiliate partnerships, executing the commercial strategy, and driving business growth from market entry through to long-term scale. In order not to spend too much time on irrelavant applications - client wants us to provide Additionally, each submission ( 1. BD Commission Structure - fixed and variable (with details of the latter) 2. IB Payout Structure.

What you need to bring

• Strategic leadership and P&L management experience
• xperience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models
• Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred)
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
• 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
• Fluent Hindi & English
