Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Compensation: INR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (in-hand)
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop/manage JDs, advertise open positions, and handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding for new hires and facilitate training sessions.
Performance & Engagement: Evaluate employee performance, facilitate appraisals, and execute engagement initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Advise on HR policies, ensure labor law compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and workplace health and safety.
-----Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of HR recruitment experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Sourcing/recruitment processes, HR compliance, labor laws, performance appraisals, and rewards programs.
