Abbott seeks an experienced supply chain leader to manage materials operations at its Jhagadia facility. The role encompasses warehouse management, procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships, requiring strategic oversight of end-to-end supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, engineering store, production planning, and indirect materials procurement operations
• Develop and execute supply chain improvement strategies and sourcing plans
• Manage inventory, budgets, cost optimization, and financial reconciliation across raw and finished goods
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, relationship management, and performance optimization
• Support production planning, sales and operations planning, and new product introduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management
• 10–15 years of supply chain management experience in manufacturing environments
• 3–4 years in a management or leadership position
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
