💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute group-wide admissions strategies and enrolment plans.
- Drive lead generation, student counselling, conversion rates and admission target achievement.
- Lead and motivate admissions teams to deliver measurable results.
- Strengthen school outreach, institutional partnerships and student engagement.
- Implement CRM-driven processes, performance dashboards and data-based decision-making.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, finance, IT and administrative teams.
- Ensure transparent, efficient and compliant admissions operations.
