About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Power Electronics, analog, digital, and embedded hardware circuits.
2. Design SMPS, AC-DC/DC-DC converters, LDOs, battery charging circuits, and power management solutions.
3. Develop microcontroller/microprocessor-based hardware and communication interfaces.
4. Create schematics, support PCB design, simulation, prototype development, and validation.
5. Perform hardware debugging, functional testing, and root cause analysis.
6. Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, thermal, reliability, and safety standards.
7. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready hardware.
8. Drive product innovation and mentor junior hardware engineers.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.

2. Strong experience in Power Electronics and Hardware Design.

3. Proven experience in analog, digital, and communication circuit design.

4. Strong expertise in SMPS design, DC-DC converters, LDOs, and power electronics.

5. Experience in Analog & Digital Circuit Design, Schematic Capture, PCB Design, Circuit Simulation, and Hardware Validation.

6. Good understanding of EMI/EMC, Thermal Design, Product Reliability, DFM/DFT, and complete product development lifecycle.

7. Proficiency with hardware debugging tools such as Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, and Power Analyzer.

8. Ability to independently manage the complete hardware design lifecycle from concept to production.
