The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is the first point of contact for walk-in clients and channel partners at the project site. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience, managing visitor coordination, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth lead handover to CRM.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Guest Management
Welcome walk-in clients, channel partners, and prospects professionally.
Offer refreshments and ensure premium hospitality experience.
Maintain visitor register and capture accurate contact details.
Assign walk-ins to respective sales managers.
2. Lead Coordination & CRM Support
Ensure all walk-ins are entered into CRM system.
Coordinate with digital marketing and channel partner teams for scheduled site visits.
Follow up with prospects for feedback after site visits .
Support sales team in documentation and booking process.
3. Site Visit Experience Management
Coordinate buggy/ site tour .
Ensure model villas/show flats are well-maintained.
Manage brochures, price sheets, and marketing collateral availability.
Ensure project presentation setup (AV, TV screens, etc.) is ready.
4. Channel Partner Coordination
Assist CPs during client visits.
Record CP details and ensure proper tagging in CRM.
