We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest queries, coordinating with departments, assisting during check-in/check-out, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
Build strong relationships with guests and address their queries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through personalized service.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure guest comfort.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain guest records, feedback, and service requests accurately.
Assist in managing reservations, room allocations, and guest communications.
Ensure lobby and reception areas are well-maintained and guest-ready at all times.
Promote company services, amenities, and offers to guests when appropriate.
Follow hospitality standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel/property management systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
