Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Boomi Support Engineer to provide L2 production support for enterprise integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications. The role involves monitoring integrations, troubleshooting process failures, resolving incidents, and maintaining integration stability across business-critical https://jobeax.com/link/LNO4qyefA3UlJa2l Responsibilities:- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support Boomi integration processes, scheduled jobs, and production workflows.- Analyse process execution logs, document logs, error messages, and integration traces to identify root causes and resolve failures.- Investigate and resolve incidents involving failed messages, data synchronisation issues, API errors, mapping failures, and integration exceptions.- Reprocess failed transactions and integrations while ensuring data integrity, correct processing sequences, and consistency across connected systems.- Manage L2 incidents, service requests, and operational support tickets through ServiceNow and Jira, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.- Troubleshoot integrations involving SAP ECC, SAP EWM, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, Oracle Service Cloud, Snowflake, Concur, and other enterprise applications.- Investigate REST and SOAP API issues, connectivity failures, authentication errors, data transformation problems, and message processing exceptions.- Work with application teams, third-party vendors, OEM support, and L3 engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.- Participate in production triage calls, critical incident management, deployment support, and change-related activities.- Prepare root cause analysis (RCA) reports and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting documentation.- Identify recurring incidents and integration failure patterns, recommending corrective actions to improve system reliability and reduce repeat issues.- Support monitoring, alerting, operational checks, and continuous improvement of integration support processes.- Provide support for UK and Ireland operations under a 165 support model, including participation in an on-call rotation for critical https://jobeax.com/link/iRYnXGbO9cYbFQ3t Skills & Experience:- 6 - 11 years of experience in application support, integration support, middleware support, or production support.- Strong hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere, including process execution, monitoring, and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with Boomi Atom Cloud and Boomi Molecule environments.- Strong understanding of integration processes, data mapping, message handling, error management, and transaction reprocessing.- Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs, connectivity issues, authentication failures, and data exchange problems.- Experience supporting production integrations across enterprise applications, including SAP and non-SAP systems.- Ability to analyse logs, identify root causes, resolve incidents, and document corrective actions.- Familiarity with IT service management processes, including incident management, service requests, escalation management, and SLA tracking.- Working knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira for incident and ticket management.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across business, application, and technical teams.- Willingness to work in a 165 support environment and participate in on-call support for critical incidents.
