Roles

• Founding Team, Growth (Intern) at TrySideDoor: the first person on the team, working directly with the founder
• In office in Bangalore, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, starting mid-November
• An inbound sales role: you talk to people who have already reached out to us, not strangers on a cold list
• ₹10,000 a month fixed, plus a commission on the clients you close. Strong closers can realistically make around ₹30,000 a month.
• Your own Claude seat on our team plan, a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a full-time role if things go right
• The scope will change as we grow. A month in, you might be managing a couple of people.

Responsibility

• Spend most of your day on calls with people who contacted TrySideDoor: understand what they’re looking for, explain how we work, and help them decide if it’s right for them
• Follow up with interested people on WhatsApp and calls, using the follow-up plan in our CRM
• Set up new clients once they join
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM the same day
• Tell the founder what’s working and what isn’t, and help improve how we sell
• Always be honest with clients: no promises of jobs or interviews, and no made-up numbers

Requirements

• You’re comfortable talking to people for most of the day
• You can hold a real conversation with someone 10 years older than you
• You’ve sold something before: a product, fest tickets, an idea, even convincing friends to go somewhere. All of it counts.
• You’re in Bangalore, or can be by mid-November, and can work from our office every day
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, with no full-time classes or second job
• You figure things out without being told every step
• You’d enjoy helping experienced professionals land their next job
• Good spoken English and Hindi
