Key Responsibilities:

A. Finding and winning clients:
1. Research brands, event companies, agencies and businesses that need video content
2. Build and manage a list of potential clients
3. Reach out through Instagram, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and follow up consistently
4. Get on calls with clients to understand their goals, budget and timelines
5. Help prepare proposals and quotes, and close projects

B. Managing projects:
1. Be the main point of contact for clients during a project
2. Share updates, collect feedback and keep timelines on track
3. Coordinate with freelancers such as editors and sound designers when needed
4. Make sure every client is happy and comes back or refers us

C. Growing the studio:
1. Help plan and manage Sarv Media's social media and content
2. Turn finished projects into case studies and portfolio posts
3. Track what's working: leads, replies, calls and closed deals
4. Bring new ideas for reaching clients and growing the business
5. Brainstorm with the founder on strategy and next steps

A. Who you are:

1. AI-first: you already use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or AI image and video tools in your daily work, and you’re always looking for smarter ways to get things done

2. Confident talking to people, and not afraid of rejection or follow-ups

3. Clear and professional in written and spoken English; Hindi is a plus

4. Curious about AI, film, marketing, brands or startups

5. Organized: you keep track of conversations, deadlines and details

6. Take ownership and get things done without being reminded

7. Quick learner who enjoys trying new tools and ideas

8. Comfortable working remotely and communicating proactively

B. Who can apply:

1. Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years)

2. Any background: mass media, marketing, business or MBA, film, communications, or anything else if you have the skills

3. Experience in sales, client handling, social media or freelancing is a plus, but not required
