About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Growth Associate to run day-to-day campaign operations.
The core of this role is the ability to set up, manage, and take Meta and Google Ads campaigns live:
accurately, on time, and at volume.
You will be the operational bridge between marketing strategy and technical deployment. If you enjoy
working with data, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, you will

What You'll Do
Campaign Deployment : Set up, QA, and confidently take Meta and Google Ads campaigns live, ensuring
targeting, budgets, and creative assets are deployed flawlessly.
Platform Optimisation : Monitor daily ad budgets, adjust bids, and run routine campaign health checks to
maximise ROI in line with broader marketing objectives.
Tracking & Integration : Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and API
integrations so data flows accurately between ad platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
A/B Testing: Run continuous tests on ad copy, creatives, and audience segments to improve performance
and lower acquisition costs.
Reporting & Documentation : Build and maintain performance dashboards, standardise naming
conventions, and keep operational resources organised for smooth execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Finance teams to support
project execution and operational workflows.
Process Improvement : Spot gaps in current workflows and propose practical ways to improve speed,
accuracy, and efficiency

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Mass Communication, Media, Operations, or a related field.
Proven, hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with a track record of taking
campaigns live.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially across budget allocation, bidding strategies,
and audience targeting.
Comfort with spreadsheets, data, and documentation to analyse campaign effectiveness.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
