Eurofins seeks a Group Leader for Study Support to oversee a team managing Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) toxicology studies. The role bridges Study Directors and support staff, handling documentation, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team coordination for preclinical safety assessments.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor 4-5 support staff members on assigned duties and professional development
Conduct quality control reviews of laboratory data, worksheets, and study records for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate protocol development, amendments, and study documentation in compliance with GLP requirements
Monitor study milestones and critical path activities to identify risks and ensure regulatory deadline compliance
Support Study Directors with scheduling, logistics, sample management, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
Master's degree in toxicology or advanced degree in science-related field
10-15 years preclinical studies, IND enabling studies, and GLP regulatory experience
Team leadership with coaching and mentoring capability
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and logical reasoning abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GLP compliance standards
