Strattmont is a recruitment and talent solutions company working with organizations across international markets. We are building a modern, premium recruitment brand and are looking for a creative designer who can help us make that brand visually distinctive.
We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who combines strong graphic design skills with video editing and motion graphics.
You will be responsible for creating visual content across our brand, social media, recruitment campaigns, presentations, client materials and digital channels.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to finished piece without needing everything spelled out.
Create high-quality graphics for LinkedIn and other social media channels
Develop visual content for recruitment and employer branding campaigns
Create short-form videos, reels and animated content
Produce motion graphics and animated social media content
Edit recruitment, corporate and promotional videos
Design presentations, company profiles, proposals and marketing materials
Create graphics for job campaigns and candidate attraction
Maintain and evolve Strattmont's visual identity
Develop templates and reusable visual assets
Work with the management and recruitment teams to turn ideas into compelling visual content
Stay current with modern design, motion and social media trends
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showing real commercial work
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and branding
Ability to create motion graphics and animations
Good video editing skills
Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Good written and spoken English
Experience with recruitment, HR, consulting, technology or B2B brands
Experience creating corporate presentations and pitch decks
Experience with Figma
Basic 3D / Cinema 4D / Blender skills
Experience with AI design and video tools
Understanding of social media content strategy
Experience building or maintaining a brand identity
Portfolio quality matters more to us than your degree.
