About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of relevant experience to create high-quality visual communication across branding, packaging, catalogues, print collateral, digital campaigns, and social media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and the ability to translate creative briefs into visually refined, accurate, and impactful designs. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, manages deadlines effectively, and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project briefs, target audiences, business objectives, brand guidelines, and deliverable requirements before starting design work.

• Develop creative layouts and visual concepts using typography, composition, color, imagery, hierarchy, and whitespace.

• Design branding assets, packaging, labels, catalogues, brochures, presentations, print materials, digital advertisements, and social media creatives.

• Adapt approved designs across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

• Edit, retouch, mask, and composite images, including the integration of 3D renders, while maintaining product accuracy.

• Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, colors, and visual elements across multiple deliverables.

• Review designs thoroughly for spelling, alignment, spacing, product details, dimensions, product codes, and brand guidelines before submission.

• Prepare artwork for digital and print production, ensuring correct dimensions, resolution, color profiles, file formats, bleed, fonts, and dielines wherever applicable.

• Maintain organized project folders, editable source files, linked assets, version histories, and final exports according to established workflows.

• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, update project status, and communicate potential delays or dependencies proactively.

• Understand and implement feedback accurately while minimizing repeated errors and unnecessary revision cycles.

• Collaborate with client coordinators, 3D designers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Follow approval processes and maintain the confidentiality of client information and unpublished creative assets.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, techniques, and AI-assisted design workflows to continuously improve creative output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating relevant work and individual contributions.

• Strong working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator .

• Good understanding of typography, layout design, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and image treatment.

• Ability to create clean, premium, and visually consistent designs without unnecessary decorative elements.

• Experience in preparing digital assets and print-ready artwork.

• Knowledge of print-production requirements, including bleed, resolution, color modes, fonts, and packaging specifications.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.

• Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to understand creative feedback, communicate design decisions, and work collaboratively with a team.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, task ownership, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with product-based, hardware, home, lifestyle, FMCG, or premium consumer brands.

• Familiarity with packaging artwork, product catalogues, multi-page layouts, and print vendor coordination.

• Experience working with product photography, image compositing, and 3D renders.

• Basic understanding of AI-assisted design tools and workflows.
