About the job

We're looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer with an outstanding eye for aesthetics, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative briefs into exceptional design. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, who will provide high-level creative direction. From there, we expect you to take ownership: think independently, solve design challenges, and deliver outstanding work without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate creative briefs into visually compelling, polished designs.
2. Own the design process from concept to final execution.
3. Design beautiful, intuitive website interfaces, landing pages, presentations, and digital experiences.
4. Create motion graphics and animations that elevate the creative output.
5. Work with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding.
6. Maintain exceptional attention to typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual consistency.
7. Work across different creative formats and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

4. Obsessive attention to detail: Nothing goes out unless it's pixel-perfect.

5. Technical versatility: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools such as After Effects.

6. Web design capability: Experience with Framer or the ability and willingness to learn it quickly.

7. Adaptability: Curiosity to explore AI-powered creative tools, new technologies, and evolving design workflows.

8. Someone who has exceptional taste and the technical skills to match.

9. Takes pride in the smallest design details.

10. Doesn't need step-by-step instructions to produce great work.

11. Can move comfortably between graphic design, UI, web, and motion.

12. Is resourceful, proactive, and constantly pushing the quality of their work.
