Job Title: Visual Designer
India (Hybrid)
Were building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle Eastfast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and were looking for a Seller Operator (Operations) who can help us move even faster.
Define Creative Vision & Strategy: Set the creative direction for projects to align with business goals and brand identity.
Lead & Inspire Team: Manage and motivate the creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Project Management: Ensure timely delivery, scope management, and coordination with other departments.
Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts from idea to execution.
Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) into the creative process to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production without compromising quality.
Quality Control: Review and ensure all creative outputs meet high standards and brand guidelines.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and toolsincluding emerging AI design toolsto drive innovation.
A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields
Design Experience: 2-7 years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. We expect you to take the lead in coming up with Key Visuals and motion graphics.
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with strong project management abilities.
Creative & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects) and a solid understanding of design principles. Candidates with motion graphics experience will be given a preference.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and content generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc) integrated into an end-to-end creative workflow. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align creative work with business goals and client needs.
Excellent verbal and written skills to present and explain creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations and feedback.
Strong problem-solving skills, staying current with design trends, technologies, and AI-driven tools.
