Future Gurukuls Edutech Pvt. Ltd. works in AI, robotics, STEM, IoT, drone technology, aerospace, 3D printing, coding, and innovation-based education. We design and develop modern technology laboratories and educational spaces that encourage creativity, innovation, and practical learning. We are looking for a creative and technically oriented graphic designer & 3D visualizer to join our team in Lucknow. The selected candidate will work on real-world projects involving the visualization and development of AI & robotics labs, STEM labs, space labs, aerospace labs, and other technology-enabled educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create 3D visualizations of AI & robotics labs, STEM labs, and educational spaces.
2. Develop interior layouts, room designs, and space-planning concepts.
3. Design educational wall graphics, classroom displays, posters, banners, and signage.
4. Prepare print-ready designs, 3D mockups, and professional presentations.
5. Convert actual room photographs, dimensions, and wall measurements into practical design concepts.
6. Create visually appealing layouts for technology laboratories and educational institutions.
7. Coordinate with the team to understand project requirements and implement design feedback.
8. Ensure accuracy, creativity, and quality in all design deliverables.

Important: This is not primarily a social media graphic design role. The major focus is on 3D visualization, educational space design, laboratory layouts, wall graphics, and practical design.

Salary and probation:

1. Probation period: 2 months.
2. Salary During Probation: Rs 10,000 per month.
3. Post-Probation Salary: Rs 20,000 - Rs 22,000 per month, based on performance, technical skills, creativity, and overall contribution.
4. During the probation period, the candidate's technical abilities, work quality, discipline, creativity, and ability to handle real-world projects will be evaluated. Salary revision after successful completion of probation will depend on performance and the company's assessment.

Selection process:

1. Application and resume screening.
2. Portfolio review.
3. Interview and technical discussion.
4. Practical design or 3D visualization assignment, if required.
5. Final selection.
6. The practical assignment may involve creating an AI & robotics lab concept using a room photograph, dimensions, and project requirements.

A. Required skills:

1. Basic knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.

2. Interest in 3D visualization, interior design, and space planning.

3. Familiarity with relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

4. Ability to understand dimensions, layouts, and design references.

5. Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a professional approach to work.

6. Candidates are not expected to know every software tool. Relevant skills and a willingness to learn will be considered.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
